Alex Talmor

Alex Talmor is a Technion alumni, who graduated with B.Sc and M.E in Industrial Engineering in 2000, followed by an MBA at Schulich School of Business at York University.

After serving for 6 years in IAF Alex started his business career at IBM Israel, moving to Toronto few years later with his family continuing at IBM Canada as a sales executive. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Alex has held various sales, business development and management roles at IBM and GlassHouse Systems, working with customers in different verticals across Canada, US, Israel and Europe. As President of GlassHouse Systems Canada, Alex leads a talented and diverse team of sales, technical and finance professionals, fostering strategic initiatives of transformation to services lead Cyber and Cloud provider.

It was a natural path for Alex to study at the Technion, following my father and brother who attended the Technion and attribute their success to its spirit and academic leadership. Alex has remained connected to the Technion in various ways, through guiding international students, making connections with Canadian universities and volunteering at Technion Canada.

Alex is an active member of the Toronto Council and just hosted a parlour meeting in his home with friends from the community.
