As an executive leader, Jana has over 20 years of experience driving operational and strategic improvements through data-driven insights, process optimization, and system enhancements. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of project management, reporting, automation, and delivering actionable insights across non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director, she also leads analytics and strategic initiatives at the American Technion Society. She is passionate about managing cross-functional teams while leveraging technology and analytics to create lasting impact and foster growth.
