For newly minted Ph.D.s, choosing where to plant their academic roots can be an overwhelming decision. It shapes the direction of their research, where they live, and with whom they collaborate. The choice is also key for universities, which rely on recruiting top faculty to attract the best students. That’s why the Technion has long made faculty recruitment a priority. This panel discussion with some of the Technion’s new faculty members took place during the virtual Technion Board of Governors meeting in December 2021.
